Want to invest in real estate but not sure where to start?
Ruth & Randall offers tailored real estate investment opportunities that make it easy to get involved—whether you’re a first-time investor or already own property.

We focus on the development of new duplexes and small multi-family projects. Our team searches the real estate market daily to find promising investment opportunities. When we identify the right deal, we invite others to invest an agreed-upon amount for a Guaranteed Minimum Return (GMR)—plus potential additional profit when the property sells.

Investment details:

• Typical investment amounts range from $10,000–$75,000, depending on land and construction costs.

• Investments can be made individually or with a partner.

• Credit checks are not always required.

• All agreements are put in writing to clearly define your return and secure your investment.

2. General Contracting & Design-Build Services

Ruth & Randall serves as the contractor of record for residential, multi-family, and light commercial projects across the DFW area.
We can:

• Build from your existing plans and specifications, or

• Provide full turnkey design-build services, managing everything from concept to completion.

Our team brings extensive experience in delivering projects that combine high-quality craftsmanship with efficiency, transparency, and care.

3. Real Estate Development

From start to finish, Ruth & Randall manages every phase of residential, multi-family, and light commercial development.
We can assist with:

• Financing structure and capital planning

• Land entitlement (zoning, site plans, platting, approvals)

• Preconstruction (budgeting, scheduling, feasibility planning)

• Construction management, including traditional design-bid-build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR), or full design-build delivery

• Interior design and specialty consulting services
